Stephanie Hirsh is the former executive director of Learning Forward. She began her career as a secondary teacher and later served as a school district administrator in the Richardson (Texas) Independent School District. In 1996 she was elected to the Richardson school board and served for three terms.
Hirsh presents, writes, and consults on Learning Forward’s behalf across North America. Hirsh advises policy makers and practitioners at all levels on improving student achievement and educator effectiveness through implementation of high quality systems of professional learning.
Tracy Crow is chief officer for Learning Forward. In this position, Crow oversees the planning, creation, production, dissemination, and marketing of all Learning Forward products, including member newsletters, the association magazine, and books. As executive editor of the bimonthly magazine The Learning Professional, Crow works with authors and magazine staff to manage the day-to-day operations of the publication. Crow also contributes to the content development of the Learning Forward website and email communications. She works with Learning Forward’s leadership team to develop the messaging and marketing vehicles for products and services.
