Developing Your Communicative Intelligence – Effective Facilitation and Presentation Skills

Effective facilitators present with purpose and intention in any setting with a choreographer’s mindset. Whether facilitating in one-on-one, committee, or large-group environments, this highly interactive session will take you through the seven essential abilities of effective presenters – credibility, rapport, reading a group, listening, acknowledging, responding, and recovering with grace.

Kendall Zoller

Kendall Zoller is an author, educator, researcher, and international presenter in communicative intelligence, presentation and facilitation skills, leadership and adaptive schools. He has taught presentation and facilitation skills and leadership in China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Canada, Europe, and the United States. Zoller has held a fellowship in cohort one with the National Academy for Science and Mathematics Educational Leadership where he later became a presenter and mentor. Kendall has co-presented the Foundation Seminar with Bob Garmston, Bruce Wellman, and several current training associates. He is co-author of The Choreography of Presenting: The 7 Essential Abilities of Effective Presenters, president of Sierra Training Associates and graduate faculty at California State University, Dominguez Hills and The University of Maine.
